Healthy in 2018: Week 2 - slow and steady

Joel - 266 and Bethany - 259. We're making progress, but we're still behind where we want to be. We're not going to lose hope, though! There's still a long way ahead of us! One thing we're doing is eating at Subway when we're out on the road. We get the veggies we need with the whole grain wheat, plus, the price is hard to beat!

We shared a footlong for $5! The secret is to ask them to remove some of the bread guts and pile on the veggies. We enjoyed it so much, we went again!

We were a bit lax on the exercise these first two weeks, but now we're starting to step that up, so that should help a great deal. There's still a long road ahead of us, so wish us luck!
