Today was a day of reckoning. When we left France, I weighed in at 221.5. Today I weighed in at 232. That means that in the course of my almost two months in the US, I gained 10.5 pounds. That is obviously not what I wanted to happen, but I do know exactly why it did. 

I'm hoping that as we get back to travel I can get back to some better eating, and more importantly, walking! Real talk, it has been to do any exercise around here lately. I'm excited to get back to the UK where it's only in the 70's right now!
