Bethany - 259, Joel - 264. We added some toning exercises to get ready for doing more. We've increased the difficulty of our push-ups and added sit-ups. The weather hasn't been very cooperative, but I did get some snow shoveling in, so that's good.
These next weeks should be good for results. We've been researching more foods to eat and we bought four heads of cauliflower to process into different things. We're going to start making two pizza crusts at a time and freezing one for later. Facebook shared a cool idea for cauliflower English muffins, so we'll see how those go, too.
I've only lost 7 lbs so far, but the changes are obvious. I do need to work harder, but I feel pretty good about how we've done so far. Bethany has lost some, too, and together we're going to be healthy in 2018!
