Peggy's Pizza: Part 20 of 2023

It continues to be busy in the flower beds and the vegetable gardens. My ‘Gardner’ has been keeping busy with weeding and watering. And, we have had some more wildlife. Bunnies in the backyard…birds in the baskets!

Matthew Johnson & Roy Johnson had a great day fishing, 4-wheeling, bbq’ing and eating at the Chris French farm on Memorial Day. (Matthew made the apple baked beans.)

More time in the kitchen…

Wednesday in the Kitchen with Matthew: Brown Sugar Italian Pork Chops with asparagus & red potatoes.

Friday Pieday: Pizza Bianca (white pizza)…pan crust stretched thin brushed with garlic olive oil then topped with garlic, ricotta cheese seasoned with garlic-oregano-thyme-salt-pepper, fresh grated pecorino-Romano, fresh mozzarella then garnished with more pecorino-romano and red pepper flakes.

Sunday’s Creation: White Pizza…Neapolitan crust topped with a garlic white pizza sauce, Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, prosciutto, artichokes, fresh mozzarella then garnished with garlic chives from the garden.
