I was so excited for my outfit for today! My new Tieks came in the mail yesterday and they are so gorgeous, I planned my whole outfit around them. A little black dress Nicole, leopard print belt, and bronze accessories.
I felt so pretty, and had all the heart eyes for those shoes! But then, at the end of the workday, I noticed this:
I was horrified. How could my new $195 pair of shoes be damaged so quickly? Literally, all I did was wear them to work. So I emailed Tieks customer service, and lo and behold they had a lightning quick response. They are replacing them with a new pair, already mailed out tonight, and I can send this pair back at no cost to me once my new pair gets here. Holy cow! This kind of service will keep me coming back to them again and again. This is my 4th pair and I have my eye on more...
If you are looking for a high-quality pair of amazing ballet flats, I cannot recommend this company enough!
