I like movies that have a little bit of everything: drama, comedy, action, and that special something that makes it magic. This movie had all that. It was missing romance, so it didn't have everything, but it sure had a lot! I enjoy movies like this. It was hard to watch at times, due to the subject matter, but it was still very interesting.
Operation Finale tells the story of a group of Israeli agents looking to capture Nazis and bring them to justice. When they find out about a major architect of the Holocaust, they hatch a dangerous plan to bring him to Israel to stand trial.
Although I did really enjoy the movie, there was just something missing for me. Maybe it was that it was a suspenseful movie, but you always know how it would end. Maybe it was that there wasn't really a 'main character' as such, more of a plot-driven movie telling this story. It was moving and heart-wrenching at times, but it was still missing something for me to consider it a great movie. Still, it was good and worth watching.
