Peggy's Pizza: Part 35 of 2023

This week started off with a question from a friend on Facebook…

Of all the toppings I’ve tried, my hubby would say seafood and we both agree on anchovies. What would you say?

Another friend posted this pic taken at a big box store…

I would agree, pizza is medicinal, lol!

On Tuesday, I had foot surgery and my guys went to a baseball game without me! (They did get me settled at home in my recliner before they left.)

Matthew had a Special Olympics Golf Tournament on Saturday…

And since we had plans to leave on Sunday for a little getaway, we switched up our pizza days…

A first…Roy made the dough and the pizza today!

Friday Pieday on Thursday: Pizza bufalina…a thin crispy crust topped with tomato sauce, Parmesan, cherry tomatoes (from the garden), fresh cracked salt & pepper, buffalo mozzarella then garnished with a drizzle of olive oil and a handful of fresh basil leaves.

Sunday’s Creation on Friday: Domino’s (copycat) Original crust then a variation of their Wisconsin 6 Cheese Pizza (my version has eight)…red sauce, fresh oregano from the garden, Feta, provolone, cheddar, Parmesan, Romano, fontina, Asiago, mozzarella.
