Unfortunately, Matthew was diagnosed with CoVid on Wednesday morning, so it curtailed our time in the kitchen. He was quarantined at home for five days. I did some cooking without him, but I really missed him. We have become a good working team. Dad’s Door Dash did deliver some meals to him.

It’s going to be a hot week in Iowa, high 90’s. So we are planning to stay inside to cook where it’s cool. We are also planning to make some homemade ice cream.
