We made it to London! Well, a suburb north of London. We are in a comfortable Airbnb but unfortunately, we don't have access to the kitchen (which helped keep it affordable.) But we went shopping today and focused on fresh fruits and veggies that we can easily eat without much preparation and plan to have a lot of cheese/salami/crackers and ham sandwiches. Not the healthiest menu ever and I will look forward to having a kitchen again sometime in the future but it's nice to have a break from cooking, too. 

This week we are going to start a new Healthy Wage to kick our new year off with some weight loss and hopefully winning some money, too!
