Small Steps to Big Changes: Week 49

Reading: 66/52 (+1 for the week) I finally got to that good part of the mystery novel where I couldn't put it down. Working my way through another one now!

I'm stuck. I haven't made near as much progress with weight loss this year as I would like. It took me forever to break through 230 and now I can't seem to get through 220. At this point, I'm going to put tracking my weight on hold until the new year. I am hoping by sometime in January to be settled somewhere, done with housesitting, and getting into more of a routine with my life. While I needed the initial shake-up and travel to jump start my weight loss last year, now I think I need stability in order to continue. 

I shall keep intermittent fasting (it's a lifestyle now), focusing on veggies and a moderate amount of exercise in order to stay where I am. Once the new year has started and I am settled somewhere, I will look into what needs to be done to get that next run of weight loss going. Until then I hope to stay the course and not gain any weight over the holidays!
