I didn't have a chance to weigh in this morning, but I plan to check in tomorrow morning! I'll update this post then... I'm a little scared to see where I'm at! It's been a crazy few weeks but I am looking forward to getting back on track. 

Update: Okay, I'm up a pound and a half, which isn't great, but also isn't bad. Considering that we had stressful travel, a lack of intermittent fasting, and Thanksgiving all in a few weeks I am happy with that. In the past, I easily could have gained 5-10 pounds over this time period. Starting today (Monday) we are back to intermittent fasting, focusing on vegetables, and daily walks with the dog. I'm hoping to break that 220 barrier by the end of the year!
