Reading: 60/52 (+1 for the week) I'm slowly working through the overdue books on my Kindle...I finished a gem by Rachel Held Evans this week!

Well, there it is! I just knew some stress pounds would catch up to me and despite eating well and walking this week the scale went up to the highest weight I've seen in Australia. It's frustrating and not the momentum I wanted to see going into the end of the year but I know I can get back on track. 

I have to say, I am so ready to settle down in my own home again. Traveling has been amazing and I've done quite well on my getting healthy journey, but I'm wondering if to get to the next level I just need some stability. Our schedules are constantly changing, being on the road can make healthy choices hard, and eating with others almost always leads to eating more than usual. I am ready for some consistency across the board in my life!
