Reading: 56/52 (+1 for the week)  I finished a book on the enneagram this week that gave me some new insights into myself!

Welp, I saw this coming. I'm up a half pound but I know exactly why. My birthday was on Tuesday so I splurged a bit (nachos, cake, sparkling wine) and we had two mix-it-up days (what we call days where we don't do intermittent fasting) to accommodate the splurging. The lovely thing about IF is that it helps me get back on a good course right away, rather than extending the splurging indefinitely. 

I'm feeling pretty energized around the last 90 days of the year so let's see if I can make some good changes and end this year strong!
