Reading: 54/52 (+1 for the week)  This week's book was like reading an episode of Black Mirror - it was great! 4 holds just popped on my Kindle so now I have a ton of reading to catch up on this week!

I am so stinking close to breaking through the 220's I can almost taste it! I am so ready to get through and never go back. I have been yo-yo-ing around this weight for so long - I really don't want this week to be another instance of it. I'm going to focus on veggies, fruit, sticking to a short eating window, and exercise!
