Alright, so, I'm up 1.5 over the last two weeks. Considering all of the traveling and the "mix-it-up" days we have had (aka times when we haven't been able to stick to our intermittent fasting hours) I'm okay with that. I think I have some good momentum going forward and I am really truly ready to say goodbye to the 220's for good.
Out of curiosity, I looked up where I was in January of this year. I feel like I've done a lot of up/down this year, losing the same pounds over and over. Since January I have lost a total of 16 pounds. Not great, but not bad. I have to keep reminding myself that slow and steady wins this race - it's about changing our lifestyle - not just racing to the number I want to see on the scale. I have faith that this slow and steady decline means that when I finally get to goal weight I'll actually be able to stay there.
So, onward and upward! Or, onward and downward, haha!
