Reading: 50/52 (+1 for the week) I finished a great book on personality profiles this week, and I'm almost halfway through one on a diet/lifestyle plan called Bright Line Eating that is intriguing. I'm almost at my goal for the year!

I'm soooo close! Breaking through 220 will be mine! I did great on exercise this week - tons of walking in town and yoga 6 days in a row. The only reason I didn't yoga yesterday is because instead we decided to do a super long hike up a mountain that we were in no way prepared for and we almost died but in the end it was worth it because we saw a waterfall. I am so sore today. Ouch.
This coming week will be hard to keep on track movement/food-wise as we will be on the road again! On Thursday we leave Bulgaria and arrive in Thailand on Friday morning. We spend a long weekend there then it's off to Australia! I'll make sure to still weigh in next week so I can keep myself honest, I'm hoping to break through the barrier this week but we shall see if traveling messes things up.
