The roller coaster continues! This happened to me when I was trying to break through 230 - I'd lose a couple and be close, go back up one, lose 3 go back up two, and on and on for a couple of months. I really want to break through 220 and I was hoping this would be the week. I monitor throughout the week and I was close at one point, then went back up by today. Grr.
I am exercising more - tons of walking as we have started exploring Sofia, 15 minutes of yoga every day (I didn't miss a single day this week!) and 100 push-ups most days. Joel said maybe I'm gaining muscle again and that's the problem. Whatever it is I will continue to make healthy choices and I know the weight loss will follow. I am so ready to see a number under 220!
