Small Steps to Big Changes: Week 29

Reading: 47/52 (+1 for the week) This week I finished a book on the art of "Swedish death cleaning". It was okay but I've read ones I found more inspiring when it comes to decluttering/minimizing.

Holy cow the scale dipped down this week! I am now only 1 pound away from my lowest weight so far this year, which was 221.5 right before we left France. We left the States 3 weeks ago tomorrow, and I am already seeing the benefits of the way we live our lives in Europe - the weight is practically falling off me! 

What helped this week - tons of fruits/veggies - produce is super cheap here! Also, we are caring for a dog so lots of walks for him. So far we haven't really explored our new area much, but soon we plan to get into the mountains nearby. Besides the change on the scale, I am feeling the benefits of this healthier lifestyle - I have more energy, sleep better, and less brain fog! 

I'm hoping that next week I'll be able to share a new low for the year so far - I want to keep this momentum going!
