This last weekend involved travel to a wedding and we mixed up our intermittent fasting in order to take advantage of some treats (Krispy Kreme donuts!) and in order to eat with family rather than on our own. That plus a relative lack of exercise (so much time in the car!) led to a gain this week. However, I think the week ahead will be great for getting back on track with everything - food, exercise, catching up on the blog... I'm looking forward to it!
OH, plus, I have a new favorite way to exercise! The game Wizards Unite just came out and I'm already in love with it. I forsee a lot of walking in my future with this game!
