Small Steps to Big Changes: Week 23

Reading: 40/52 (+1 for the week) I purchased my first (and likely only) book for the year last week, a devotional which several friends of mine contributed to. It was wonderful to read through the pages not just to see their names, but their beautiful words. 

Language: 23270 XP (+0) Yup, even if I was still actively working on this goal I think I'd barely be hitting it right now. 

Weight Loss:

Starting Weight: 266
Current Weight: 225.5
Weekly Change: +/- 0
Total Change: -40.5
First Goal Weight: 180 
Pounds to lose until goal: 45.5

Ok so it's been two weeks and I'm maintaining. With all of the eating out and on the go I've been doing, I'm going to take this as a win. And thank heavens for intermittent fasting or I'm pretty sure I'd be back above 230 right now. Yay for easy self-control!
