Reading: 39/52 (+0 for the week) Well it's a good thing I did a bunch of extra reading earlier in the year! This time back in Iowa has been spent focusing on family/friends, and since reading is usually a solitary activity I really haven't done much. I have faith I will get back to my higher levels of reading when we are back on the road!

Thanks to the chaos of Annual Conference this weekend (and, let's be honest, some hesitancy to step on the scale after all the eating out I've been doing) I did not weigh in this week. If I had to guess I'd say I'm maintaining around where I was last week, and I can say with confidence that I am not losing like I would like. I'm heading back to basics this week with strict intermittent fasting, a focus on veggies/fruit, and exercise!
