Small Steps to Big Changes: Week 21

Reading: 39/52 (+0 for the week) I didn't get any reading done this week...but I have almost finished season 6 of Downton Abbey (finally!) so that counts for something, right?

Weight Loss:

Starting Weight: 266
Current Weight: 225.5
Weekly Change: -1.75
Total Change: -40.5
First Goal Weight: 180 
Pounds to lose until goal: 45.5

The scale is moving in the right direction again and I am feeling better! I still have four pounds to lose to get to where I was when we left France, but I'm back at the 40 pounds lost total mark which makes me happy. Especially since on Saturday, I had a splurge day when some friends of ours threw us a party! Turns out working out can really make a difference, who knew? 

I'm hoping to get back to where I was in a few weeks and then keep going through to that under 200 mark - it's so close and yet so far! But I have faith I will be there sooner than later.
