Reading: 38/52 (+0 for the week) For the first time this year I did not get any books finished this week! I'm in the midst of one that hasn't really captured my attention, so I'm thinking I just need to move on to something else.

Yikes! The scale went up again this week and I can feel it. And I don't like it. I'm going to do a modified keto this week - avoiding most carbs, but not worrying about carbs in fruit/vegetables. (Aka I will still eat carrots, bananas, etc. but skip the chips, pasta, etc.) My exercise has been pretty good (went to the gym all but one day last week) but I think because of that I gave myself license to eat too much. I definitely want to get back on track this week.
