Small Steps to Big Changes: Week 18

Reading: 38/52 (+3 for the week) This week I devoured two novels that were easy reads, and a moving memoir of growing up in the American south. Having lots of travel time meant I was reading a lot!

Well, last week I wasn't sure if traveling would throw me off of weight loss - turns out, it did! I haven't seen a gain like this in a long time! We splurged a bit when we landed in England (we hadn't seen cheddar cheese for two whole months!) plus we took a break from intermittent fasting on our travels home. In Chicago we had pizza, then Maid-Rites in Iowa, then went out for lunch for Mother's Day today. Needless to say, I went to the gym tonight, and I plan on getting back on track with proper fasting and more fruits and vegetables! I hope to have a much better update next week.
