Small Steps to Big Changes: Week 10

Reading: 20/52 (+1 for the week) The one I finished this week I really skimmed...but I am close to finishing two others. I'm back to alternating non-fiction and fiction!

Language: 23270 XP (+0 for the week) I know, I know, I need to get back on this. I have done some communicating in the grocery store and a flower shop we wandered into...which really just reinforces how much I need to keep practicing. I wish that darn app hadn't changed! 

Weight Loss:

Starting Weight: 266
Current Weight: 229.50
Weekly Change: -1.25
Total Change: -36.50
First Goal Weight: 180 
Pounds to lose until goal: 49.50

Woohoo! I did it! I have seen below 230 on the scale now for the first time since 2007! I am so excited and I really plan to keep this momentum going. We've narrowed our intermittent fasting window from 11-7 to 11-5 for a while which I think is helping. We are still in a low period of working out but we just got the bikes here fixed up so those will have us out and about soon! (When it's not too windy, geesh!) 

The next big goal is to get under 200...hopefully sometime in the next few months or so! I already feel so much lighter and have so much more energy, I can't imagine what that kind of change is going to feel like!

Yes! Finally! I literally have not seen this weight in a decade or more. I'm so excited! The next time you see me in person you might not even recognize me, lol.
