Small Steps to Big Changes: Week 7

Reading: 12/52 (+2 for the week) Another fluff book and another real book, down! Bam!

Language: 21360 (+1300 for the week) Two weeks from today I'll be waking up in France! I am so excited for croissants and baguettes and pain au chocolat - basically all bread. Mmmm carbs. Oh, and practicing my French in real life! Woohoo!

Weight Loss: 

Starting Weight: 266
Current Weight: 231.25

I think I'm finally on a roll, yay! I've decided my motto in France is going to be "Will workout for carbs!" Because I want to keep my weight loss going, but I also want to really experience all the food in France, and not deprive myself. So upping the exercise will be the key! Right now I'm focusing on healthy foods and working out (hard) at least 30 minutes a day along with lots of walking. Something is finally working!

Also, this week is the clincher! I haven't been lower than 230 in well over a decade and I am so excited to cross that barrier!

I really am so close! The last time I was this close was six years ago...I'm basically at the weight now that I was when we got married! That's crazy to think about. I just need to not psych myself out so I can break through this barrier. I'm on it!
