Small Steps to Big Changes: Week 6

Reading: 10/52 (+2 for the week) I'm ahead of schedule for my year-long goal of reading 1 book a week, so yay! I'm trying now to alternate between a "fluffy" book and a more serious book which should let me get through about two a week on average. I'm such an overachiever, haha. Language: 20060 XP (+750 for the week) Well I didn't realize how much less Duolingo I did this week until just now! I'm still meeting my goal (a modest 50XP a day) but I would like to step it up again. We just booked our next housesit in France so I will have a chance to put it into action!

I think I've finally broken my most recent plateau! However, now comes the real challenge. The 230-235 range has been my plateau point for over a decade now. This is the weight I reached when I was losing weight before our wedding in 2013, and I never got below 230. In fact, the last time I remember being below 230 was in the fall of 2007 when I was starting seminary. Sometime between the end of 2007 and the start of 2008 I went over 230 and have not been below it since. 

So when I break the 230 mark it is going to be a big deal - it will be the lowest weight I've been at in over a decade. I'm hoping to break through it as quickly as possible and just keep going. Wish me luck!
