I made more great progress on reading and French this week, with a little hiccup in the weight loss department. But I think I have the culprit figured out!
Reading: 7/52 (+2 for the week) I didn't feel like I read much this week, especially towards the end. I finished both of these early in the week (they were over 50% in progress) and then took a few days off from reading. I watched way more Netflix than I usually do (binged all of Instant Hotel) and I actually don't like it as much - I need to get back to reading at my higher level.
Language: 16260 XP on Duolingo (+1800 for the week) I did less this week since I wasn't fighting Kevin for a top spot. But I managed to stay in the Sapphire League! There is one higher league than Sapphire and the competition is fierce to get there (like at least 8,000XP to level up) so I think I'll wait and aim for that one in a couple weeks.

Whelp, the scale went the wrong direction again and I'm about to throw it out a window. I mean, not really, but grr this is frustrating! I am exercising, eating healthy, and nothing? Really? I will say I think I've figured out that I need more fiber. I'm not nearly as, um, regular as I used to be. Back home I always took fiber pills, but I stopped that since we've been traveling and I'm starting to notice a big difference. I'm going to try and get enough fiber just in my diet, so I've been researching that this week and will stock up when we go to the grocery store today! Other than I'm going to be upping my exercise a ton to try and break through this plateau - I'm even putting Joel in charge of my exercise so wish me luck!
