So...somehow a month has passed without me writing one of these posts. I have plenty of excuses as to why not, but they are just that - excuses. They are a dime a dozen in my weight loss journey and always have been. I spent most of the month completely stalled on weight loss. Not gaining (yay!) but not losing either (boo).
This week I saw some movement in the right direction! I can't believe I am still stuck in the 250's though. I've been doing this for far too long to have only seen a total of 12.6 pounds lost. Our European adventure begins in less than a month, and I am nowhere near the goal I wanted to reach by the time we left.
And, I have just over two months now to reach my Healthy Wage goal! I need to reach 215 or less by August 27th, in order to win over $500! If I don't reach it, not only do I not win the $500, I'll lose all the money I've bet between now and then ($20 a month for six months). I really need to let that goal kick my butt into gear! I have 38.4 pounds to lose in 63 days which is difficult but doable.
It's time to get on track and stay there!
