Healthy in 2018: Week 10 - More exercise, more lost!

Bethany - 254 (7lbs), Joel - 252 (19lbs). 

Getting back into exercise helped shed a couple pounds this week. We still have a long way to go, but progress is being made! Next week, I should be dropping past the 20 lost pounds mark! 

Speaking of next week, we're also going to be doing our first FBI test! If you remember from our first Healthy in 2018 blog post, we're trying to get fit enough to qualify for the FBI! No, we're not going to be applying any time soon, but it's a good metric for fitness. Now that the weather is cooperating, we're going to try to see where we are! I think running will be the problem for me. I think my pushups will be my best area, which will also keep getting easier as I lose weight.

We're off from our 12 week goals, but we're still heading in the right direction, so we'll just keep it up all year! So wish us luck!
